Our Teriyaki Beef Brisket Jerky uses thicker and softer strips of beef than our traditional style beef jerky. Hand-trimmed to perfection, putting quality and attention to detail to the max, this juicy jerky is hard to beat!
Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

Jared I love all of this company's products but the teriyaki beef brisket jerky is my favorite by far. It's tender, flavorful, and high quality!! So good! I highly recommend it!!
